KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Directing of a functional and financial Restructure Programme of the Project Management Office within Veolia Water Technologies company.
Managing over 50 employees including project managers, design & process engineers teams.
Managing a Profit & Loss Centre of ~ PLN 150 million in yearly turnover.
Ensuring the Gross Margin delivery by the PMO department as budgeted.
Implementation of the risk evaluation and management system for the new projects in tender phase as well as in the execution stage.
Maintaining a strong focus on development of VWT’s project execution, H&S and QA standards to improve the projects in terms of economy, quality, team and customer satisfaction.
Development of the existing QA system into ISO 9000 system towards certification by the end of the year 2015.
Close cooperation with a Legal Department on defining, negotiating and signing contracts with both municipal and industrial Clients as well as the subcontractors and sub-suppliers.

Defining and communicating a clear vision and strategy to the projects development using available resources to achieve the best financial results.
Resources and staff absorption planning and monitoring on a month to month basis.
Developing the project brief and project initiation documentation.
Managing and co-ordinating the consultants (architects, urban designers, infrastructure engineers, etc.) and sub-contractors, to meet the delivery, cost and quality requirements of the company.
Maximizing project procurement leverage with different disciplines.
Supervision over the budgeting and financial management of the construction phase.
Providing continuous progress, costs and technical reports for the HQ from the project’s inception phase until it completion.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered within time and within budget.
